REGISTRATION
Be sure to utilize the updated versions of "EDGE and/or GOOGLE/CHROME and have access to ADOBE READER". Register for APEX VBC CLUB tryouts utilizing the following links below.
The following are required to be turned in/viewed at CLUB TRYOUTS (this is not registration for camps/clinics):
1. Tryout Fee:
PRE-REGISTER: A $35 non-refundable tryout fee for all players. Please submit payment using an option below:
A.) Check/MO written and mailed to "Monica Howell, 377 Sandworks Rd, Hunker, PA 15639" (Memo: "Athlete FULL Name")
OR PayPal .
***We will accept "WALK-IN" players, but prefer pre-registration. There is a $40 non-refundable tryout fee for all walk-in
players.
2. USAV Junior Membership (We are located in Westmoreland County, therefore, we are KRVA)
You must have a current USA Volleyball membership (current year) to tryout. Please visit this links below for more information on memberships.
3.) Loyalty Letters will be sent out the upcoming Wednesday, after 7pm, IF you are selected to be apart of the Pack, the offer will ONLY be honored for 48 hours.
3.) Once you accept the offer from the Pack, you will then need to upgrade your membership to be linked to OUR club for the
season. Athletes that ACCEPT Loyalty Offers are committed to the club for the season and are NOT permitted to attend any
additional tryouts for other clubs.
4.) Please bring a copy of your USAV Membership as a printed copy OR have the QR code available on a mobile device at
tryouts.
5.) USAV Medical Release Form (link below). Please complete the medical release form and bring a copy to tryouts.

COACHES / STAFF / VOLUNTEERS (ALL staff members will
have deadlines to have all required documentations completed prior assisting with the Pack.)

Refund Policy
Keystone Region Volleyball Association (KRVA) fees are managed separately from USA Volleyball membership fees. No refunds will be issued for any membership type, regardless of whether an entire KRVA and/or USA Volleyball membership season and/or any portion thereof is cancelled or interrupted for any reason.
Other KRVA programs and events may utilize different cancellation policies.
Please read individual programs or event information on the KRVA website, in our tournament management system, or in the Manuals and websites.
KRVA reserves the right to make exceptions to their refund policy at its sole discretion.
If a credit card is used to pay for membership and the charge is disputed through the credit card company, a $25 fee will be incurred. Return check charge is $35 and will require a certified check as a replacement payment.
PLEASE NOTE: Club APEX has no control of these two governing bodies.
